- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt for most items. Custom orders are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error in the printing.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Custom apparel must not show signs of wear or damage.
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please specify this when contacting customer support. We will process the exchange once the original item is received.
